Market Growth: The summer season is heating up, and we're seeing a remarkable 40% year-over-year increase in listings across the company. Pending numbers are stronger than ever, showcasing our market resilience.

 

Company Initiatives: We've just wrapped up our Forever Forward Campaign, designed to keep all regions and marketplaces updated on how we're helping clients buy and sell real estate effectively. Our Unpack the Impact Campaign is also underway, addressing changes from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement. We're ahead of the game with new forms and legal requirements!

 

Zillow Showcase Listing Contract: We’re thrilled to announce our new Enterprise-level Zillow Showcase Listing Contract. This groundbreaking tool will provide us with a competitive edge by showcasing listings through Zillow, allowing agents to stand out and attract more clients. Launching in mid-August or September, this is a game-changer for our market presence!

 

Agent Support: At the core of our mission is empowering our agents. We emphasize the importance of listings with our mantra "list to last" and provide support for managing property listings effectively.

 

Work-Life Balance: It's crucial to balance professional responsibilities with personal life. We encourage agents to focus on well-being and manage time wisely to maintain long-term success and happiness.
