| Company Update | | In this month's company update John focuses on 2 main areas. - Changes in real estate industry
- The company has now completed our revised forms.
- Maria Kauffman has created a new training platform for regional managers, managers, and admins, which will be introduced to the managers and regional admin leads.
- Many MLS’s and boards have updated their websites/forms, including the Indiana’s-mandated state forms. We are prepared for these changes!
- The company will continue to train and support agents, providing the necessary information to adapt to industry changes.
- The importance of a full-service brokerage!
- It is now more important than ever to be a part of a full-service brokerage.
- The industry is evolving positively, and we aim to build client trust through its full-service value and agent expertise.
- The industry is moving towards a full-service value proposition, requiring professionals to offer a range of services and resources to clients.
- We offer a full suite of core resources, including mortgage, title insurance, insurance, and home warranty services.
- The "Unpack the Impact" series will continue, offering deeper dives into how to communicate with buyers and sellers and role-playing scenarios to address industry changes. More information and dates to come. Stay tuned!

| | | In this month's Marketing Minute, Devon covers the simple basics of brand compliance. - State Regulations: Marketing materials must include your name, title, full company name with DBA, and office address or phone number. Individual logos must not be larger than the brokerage name or logo.
- Company Name Guidelines: Avoid abbreviations or alterations of the company name. Always use the full company name and DBA. Creating new company names by adding individual business names is not allowed.
- Company Logo Guidelines: Use disclaimers with the logo on business cards, small stationery, flyers, and mailers. Ensure proper spacing around the logo and do not manipulate its look. The logo must not be stretched, shadowed, or altered in any way.
- Quality Seal Guidelines: The quality seal should not be used alone without the logo and must have ample space around it. It must be at least 30% opacity when used as a watermark and should not be manipulated or combined with the company logo.
